I’ve been sober 6 months as of this Tuesday and just like that I just got the phone call that my dad is gone:cry:I don’t know how to feel…just numb:cry:
My deepest condolences. It is ok to not know how to feel. You just have to feel and not numb with alcohol.
Thank you very much
So sorry for your loss. We are here for you
That is sad. I feel for you.
I am so sorry. Take care of your emotional self.
Cry. Writing your feelings down for yourself or to share them, talking about it are all good. Let yourself grieve. Let yourself mourn. Remember and focus on what you liked and loved, the happy memories.
I’m so very sorry to hear this news
I lost my father last September, and it is truly heart-wrenching.
Take the time you need, but please always remember that people will & are here to support you. God bless.
My condolences, I feel with you. My mum passed two weeks ago.

Im thinking of you and have you in my prayers during this difficult time
We are all here anytime you need us.
It’s the hardest thing, I’m so sorry for your loss
My heart goes out to you I lost my dad suddenly this March and it’s truly awful. Feel your feelings - all of them. And take care of yourself. You probably logically know this but here’s a friendly reminder (from experience): numbing your sorrows with your DOC won’t make this easier.
Big hugs xoxo
I’m so sorry for your loss.
