So, last week my son and I went for a walk around the pond. We talked and eventually I just told him the story in the bible. The 3 men and the furnace.
Yesterday, as I was taking him home, he mentioned that him and his classmate talked about stories from the bible and he brought up that same story I told him.
He told me the story back and I kind of teared up. I didnât think me telling him that story last week would be impactful.
Then he said he did a prayer with the other girl.
He really is becoming a little man, right before my own eyes. 
Such a good kid. Never argues, helps and does set his boundries.

As my son is figuring out what is and what isnât.
He has come to a few short conclusions.
Jesus is a healer, and a helper, and âsomething that fills me up with happy feelings.â

He does enjoy reading a chapter of the bible, like a 20 minute reading. So, i bought him a more friendlier version for kids.
But, in this Bible, it does have all 66 books with illustrations and a few side notes for the young readers, and honestly, as ive been reading for a bit, its definitely for any age really. The ESV breaks it down and makes it make better sense more easily.

Last night, before bed, my son read a bit of the Gospel of Luke. We went through the story toether and had conversation.
It was beautiful.
His heart is just so pure, in so many ways. A happy child.

This week weâre both dressing well and going to Church. Well, hopefully his church clothes get here on time.. he wanted to match me..
All black dress pants, button up, suspenders and black dress shoes with a black under shirt lol.
Hopefully it arrives tomorrow.
