I started masturbating in the second grade, which I was heavily shamed. I was introduced to pornography around the 7th or 8th grade. Masturbation was already a ritual, pornography made it more exciting. I was dealing with a lot of repressed emotions by the time I started using porn, and it was what I found my sense of “control” with. No one can tell me what to look at, watch, or what I found arousing. They kind of just fit together in my life at the time.

4 days clean of no pornography, no masturbation, no form of sexting, no dating apps, no social media and finally I told my girlfriend I use to watch porn I confess and promise to never go back to that sticking thing ever again
