Just checking in for my usual hello. I did get some good news today about my friend …apparently he is in detox. I can’t explain how much better I feel. Just working on letting go of the guilt now and moving past it. Crazy how quickly i was able to undo so much good.

I’m happy you got news of your friend. Isn’t it crazy how quickly we can go downhill from a good place? I can’t afford to take things for granted any more. I am a grateful alcoholic.
