Hey everyome, i was here a while ago, maybe a year, i went back do drink and as it ussually happens, lots of family problems.
Today its my 3rd day sober, hope to break the las record wichbit was a little over 100 days.
Wish me luck!
Welcome back. Just go one day at a time. Family problems are never ending. Easier to deal with sober. You can do this.
Welcome back! And congratulations on ur 3rd day sober
Welcome back and congratulations on your 3 days. I hope that you will find better Ressource here than only luck. A sober community, getting involved in a program, reading quit lit, getting into therapy. Getting rid of alcohol in the house. Coming here before you even fancy picking up. Asking for help if you are willing and open to accept it.
I wish you all the best for your journey.
Thank you, i for sure will do my best!
Thank you!
thank you!
Welcome. I’m new here, day 3 for me and I’m finding it’s helping. Even just lurking and keeping yourself in the mindset of when you first joined is a good idea. All the best.
The 3 months was always a hurdle for me. But you did it before so you can do it again!
Write down what made you relapse so you can avoid it the next time. What can you learn?
100 days is outstanding
It’s okay to relapse, my last relapse has taught me a harder lesson this time, never stop trying
Its easy to find an excuse to relapes in alcohol, friends, beach, family etc, its hard but by thinking how much also alcohol has taken from me, almost my life included, keeps me going
Its one day at a time battle, but if we think back in every bad decition we took while intoxicated, its a little easier to handle, even more if betwen those bad desicions we hurt the ones we love
It’s good to see you come back, and reaching out
Seeing as you did 100 days before, why don’t you aim to break your record? We have a 100 day challenge thread here, I’m on it too. It’s a great motivator. Why not join us!?

Allright, ill give my best!
Recovery is worth it!
