Alicia was on Brené Brown’s podcast Unlocking Us about a memoir she published recently and I felt such an affinity for her and her story. Then I read that she is supposedly an INFP, too. Makes sense!
The first one, the math lady, is so me it’s hilarious. Lol
For all my fellow INFPs - this seems fitting:
We have to remember it’s brave to ask for help when we need it!
ISFJ here.
I am ESFJ-A
Not sure what that means exactly lol Google says people with an ESFJ personality type tend to be outgoing, loyal, organized and tender-hearted. ESFJs gain energy from interacting with other people. They are typically described as outgoing and gregarious.
INFJT
So interesting Will be heading down a rabbit hole now… lol
Thanks for sharing @mleclaire!
I’m an advocate too glad you found it interesting…so much info out there now that you know what you are!
YES ENNEAGRAM!! This has been life changing for me. What’s your type?

I love that you made a graph!
I think someone should do a research paper on addiction and the Myers Briggs types.
Which type are you Eke?
ENFP and seems to always be that way.
And not MB-related (I dunno how clinically accepted it is), but I’ve seen studies comparing the efficacy of group therapies to various personality types or personality/behavioral disorders. I’d say the forum’s kind of a support group.
As I recall, there was a correlation. One of the salient conclusions to the more convincing ones I read was to keep our eye to finding multiple solutions to sobriety that everyone find recovery.
(It provided either some or significant improvement for many, but wasn’t enough for a few.)
That makes a lot of sense! Not to mention the anonymity and self-paced nature of an online platform for all the introverts.
ENFP-T here!
Could be. I got into reading them because they were cited by folks saying, “See? These methods don’t work!”
When you actually read them, they don’t say that at all. They were trying to identify ways different people find their way both into and out of addiction, only acknowledging there are multiple tools.
I’m grateful to those that figure them out so I don’t have to, cuz then all I gotta do is try them till I find what works. And I reckon this thing can come for anyone, introvert, extrovert, whatever!
Agreed. On all counts!
I’m an 8. Also spot on
