Ya, it does and it happens. If/when you chose too, the peeps around here can be of great support.
Try reading in The Checking in Daily Thread…you don’t have to write anything, or give any hearts…just checking in for yourself… creating a positive measurable step…just the act of clicking someone else’s story can be Sooooooo helpful.
When I started getting sober, I had a swig of beer after 7 days…it happened…I moved on…
Don’t be hard on, just forgive yourself…it’s cool to be nice to yourself…
