I will definitely try to be honest it’s very hard to stay in a stable mindset

I have been going to meetings but my job hours rotate so it’s pretty hard to get to one but they do help of course

I was doing meetings but since 8 started this job I haven’t been going much lately and I have not started my 12 steps

You should start going to meetings and getting a sponsor and move forward before you decide it isn’t worth it.
