Welcome to our community David!
Glad you found us. This forum is an excellent tool to add to your sober toolbox.

I’ve met a few people in AA that found naltrexone extremely helpful. They went from chronic relapsing to stringing multiple days/weeks/ months together. Whatever it takes, right?

I used something similar for my opioid addiction - Suboxone. It was life saving for me in the early days but it’s definitely not a long term solution. It kept the cravings at bay while I got my footing in recovery. Under the direction and care of a medical professional specializing in addiction, I weaned off while amping up my recovery program.
