I was unsure if I could bump old topics from November, so I decided to make a new one.
I am and have been on this for approximately 3 months now. I can honestly say with no real side effects for me it curbs the need and want A LOT!
I know in my past threads I mentioned relapses which are true, but each time that I do, it is MUCH less and I usually sit it down and stop because I no longer want it.
Any questions please ask! I am an open book if this thread is okay to be here!
