Hello. I have been sober from heroin and cocaine for almost 3 years now and my biggest hobbies are also cardio I love to run atleast 2 miles a day on my treadmill. I am getting better with cooking to as I recently got my own place a couple months ago. Gardening is also a great hobby. It’s so fun and rewarding. I started off not knowing a thing about it. But it just comes to you naturally and is very relaxing and rewarding so I definitely suggest that. And like I said I run a lot to it’s very healthy for you and makes you feel amazing. I’ve also been trying to get closer to god recently to. I’ve been praying daily most days 2-3 times a day and recently got a Bible. All these things make me feel great so o definitely suggest them all
My hobbies include working out, running, doing puzzles, hiking. I’m currently looking for a new one but just not sure what I want to take on
Ps- Welcome to the forum Matt!
Birdwatching and photography
I’m 21 days sober today.
I don’t really have hobbies, I don’t think I do them frequently enough to be hobbies.
I love hiking/walking. I like to game, though I’m beginning to wain with that.
I’d like to shoot, but it’s not an easy hobby to start in the UK
Most of my spare time is now spent on my allotment. Where I grow a range of organic veg that are mostly eaten by the wild animals & birds in the surrounding area
Hello! My name is Christephen- I’m 131 days sober. Still new at it also.
I like doing puzzles, paint rocks, ceramic, photography, coloring.
The 3 R’s: Readin’, Runnin’, and Riffin’ (guitar playing).
Throw in some weights, gardening, and golf and I’m a happy person. So much time for all of this now that I killed that former #1 hobby of getting wasted.
Just hit 5 months. Hobbies include learning to unicycle, trying to actively manage my night time dreams, and daydreaming about nice looking women.
I am also a shinologist.
You should post some pictures of your puzzles on the puzzle thread (if you have any)
Great picture! If you want, join us on the garden thread Welcome!
My only real hobby are my cats. They are spoiled rotten. I’d love to read more than I find time to, cooking is a daily chore allthough I like cooking very much, so I don’t count it as hobby
Does sleeping count as hobby? I like to nod off on the couch while petting a purring cat and trying to read
My hobbies are hiking, climbing, obstacle course racing, fishing, woodworking, and basically anything outdoors.
I’m coming up on a year sober pretty soon!
I teach school, oh wait, that’s not a hobby…hehehe
I read a lot. I love to cook. I like to travel. I also like camping. I swim and hike. I have several pets and I enjoy learning new things. I’ve been journaling for a few years and I like to get great sleep!
