I have a friend who gets vivitrol court ordered. You just will not get drunk if u drink unless u drink alot then he said it hits u at once and ur plastered. Yes i would recommend a support system with it. You can get this shot for as long as u want or need it with no known withdrawls from it. It is a good option and known to work if your serious about sobriety.
