So I had a rocky ride to begin with but I have now moved back to Cyprus and I’m nearly a month clean and haven’t even thought about it which says to me I was never addicted I just found it easy to get it at the time. You guys have helped me so much and I couldn’t be happier.
Meditation, gratitude and mindfulness has helped me massively and I would recommend this to anyone struggling.
