Thanks this thread was from a few months back. I’ve been doing meditation and yoga it’s super helpful and I love it.
You know it’s only been a day I relapsed again my probably 100th time in 5 years. Before yesterday I was happy I had a month of soberness and what worked for me was taking cbd and being outside like hiking bikifng, playing basketball being around other people. I have also started meditation with bineral beats there’s this cool app called cool vibes on Google play I downloaded same day I download this app sober time I feel like this time I have enough tools to stay the course. This time I’m ending alot of friendships if you are not sober I can’t be around you it’s weird because I live with a alcoholic I will not fail.
Hey and guys you are not alone I am so happy I found this app but to defeat the problem we must reclaim and rewire our mjnds. Remember if is our minds that put us in this situation we can no longer trust it. Meditation is key and great sleep and diet and reading also brain games be around other people, you are not alone we will get through this we will not fail and if we do we will get back up.
