I’ve been 3 days without a drink I got yelled at by my boss today and had words with a co worker and all I want is to drink when I get off work I feel so emotional right now

Ive found that when I am in those types of situations, all I want is a time out. Instead of hitting the bottle, hit the street and go for a walk. Its a great way to blow off steam, get away from the moment, clear your head and get some exeecise.
