Just feeling meh. Really emotionally and mentally drained. Any pointers?

Don’t know what time it is there (it’s 20:15 here) - no shame in having an early night, maybe have a read in bed.
If you’re still in daylight then I find getting moving is the best thing for me. Walking or yoga are my go to’s.
That’s what I’d do anyway. What do you like doing?

Those feelings happen. They also come and go. Give it time and it will pass.
