I’m in my bed, I feel like I’m SO hungover! I have binge eat tonight because I had to stop myself from buying drink!.. I am on my bed ice pack on my head. I am a binge eater, a history of binge eating. But I have realised because I cant drink, (last time 25th December) I have been binge eating for 5 days :disappointed_relieved: I am so irritable too! Cold flannel and ice pack on my head!!..I am guessing this is down to coming off drink? :persevere::nauseated_face:

So tell me, tv recommendations, series, amazon, Netflix, bbc etc etc

Net flix- the midnight gospel … Its brilliant!! Its a cartoon series for adults but u will love it. Its trippy and about a dude questioning the universe… The best !

I’m sorry you’re not feeling well. Hopefully you’ll feel better after a good night’s sleep. In the meantime, you should check out “Bridgerton” on Netflix. I really enjoyed it (as a fan of historical dramas).
