I’m hanging in there a lot at times. It’s still not getting any easier but I don’t want to be like I was for so long

Great job.
It is hard work. I don’t think it got easier for me at 6 months. But every day I was more proud of myself than the day before. 6 months is a huge milestone. Addict brain don’t like that a bit. After a good milestone like that I was usually able to enjoy my sobriety a bit. But then the struggle comes again. Then it goes again. Enjoy your Sunday. It’s a great day to be sober

I’m grateful to be able to see the accomplishments of people who are going through similar challenges as me. I have about 10 minutes sober, and am really looking for support. I’m hoping to find someone near me.
