My new blog post is entitled, Dear Diary, Everything Sucks. With a title like that, why wouldn’t you want to read it! Some days are good, some days are bad, and sometimes things just suck and that’s ok. Sobriety is a difficult journey anyway. When you add the rest of the chaos, things are even more difficult. Not all of my posts are going to be sunshine and rainbows because that’s not true life. We are so inundated with “perfect” lives on social media but what good is posting all of the good and none of the bad? How does that help anyone? It doesn’t. We all have rough times and that’s ok.
