30 days today!! I woke up feeling so grateful for this opportunity of sobriety! My mind is more clear now and I feel amazing. I even went on a hike yesterday! It’s so crazy to me that I’m starting to work out again because my days, especially the weekends were filled with drinking and doing nothing! My life has new meaning now and for anyone who is struggling at this moment, please hang in there, it will get better!! Staying sober no matter what!
