Hi everyone! I had 4 months sober earlier this year with the help of family, therapy, and recovery community video meetings. I have since been struggling to be consistently sober and haven’t been working much on my recovery the last 3 months. Decided its time to get back in touch with a community for some recovery material and support and putting myself as a priority again. Looking forward to reading what this forum has to offer and enjoying the freedom of sobriety again!
Welcome, investing the time and effort into my sobriety was the best thing I could have ever done.
Hope to see you around

Onto day 4. Looking forward to getting the first week or two out of the way. Time under my belt is a good motivator for me. Feeling well and having a good week at work! Keeping my environment and mindset free from stressors and positive.
Had to reset this morning. It was my birthday yesterday and I wanted to spend it sober but I knew there was alcohol in the house from a family member who stayed with us. one turned into me lying here on the verge of anxiety and disgusted with myself for drinking.
