So far so good. Think im at 10 days on my “counter” , spent the better part of my 3 days off sleeping … ill get bursts of energy , start projects … then start to crash and have to sleep… then after hour nap, it starts the same cycle over again. Its nuts.

Hey congrats on your 1 week milestone and great job in sticking with your sobriety! its normal to feel sluggish and require sleep early on in sobriety. If you feel that it may be excessive you should see your physician. I’m super happy that you are continually working on yourself - yeah to sobriety! so many healthy benefits ahead!

Sleeping is sober thinking. Our bodies need repair.
