New ideas for yummy soberity beverages!

I currently stick with sparkling water. In the past I used to drink bitter lemon or tonic. But I caught myself drinking it in situation were I was actively seeking for replacing alcohol. So even while drinking those it was with the wrong intention and associations. Damn writing this down does realize me that addiction can be a total mindfuck.

Next to sparkling water I recently are making fresh smoothies. They are ridiculously healthy and delicious and that’s also the association I have with them. So works perfectly for me.
