New morning routine? These clear headed mornings are an addiction worth having!

I’ve always loved getting up early but I didn’t realize it would be this amazing without drinking!

Since my last drink I’ve begun setting time aside every morning to sit and write down my intentions for the day. I used to do it on New Year’s Eve for the year but since I’ve been so clear headed in the mornings I decided to start doing it every day. I love the way the mornings feel now!

Any new morning routines for you?

Yes!

  • Getting to work early
  • Hitting gym classes before work on Tuesday and Thursday
  • Annoying my wife by babbling at her at 6 in the morning :laughing:
  • Updating my nutrition tracker

Getting up early for coffee and taking my time. Actually eating breakfast. Cat snuggles. Indulgent phone time.

So far my morning starts with coffee. Then I get dressed for the day. I brush my teeth and ask what I can do to help out for the day :slight_smile:
