Had to get a new phone. I was able to download the sober app and my login worked fine, but completely lost my sober time counter. Kinda sad to say but don’t remember the exact date I got sober and used the app to keep track. Maybe 70 days? Anyways, it may not be the most important thing, but it was nice to check it sometimes. Any ideas on how to get it back?
Looking at your past activity, it looks like your last reset was around the 11th of July.

I tap in my picture, and my profile window opens up.
Then I tap on my enlarged picture in the window, and my profile page pops up defaulting to my activity.

The data is stored on your device. It does not get stored on your community profile, so it doesn’t matter if you log into the community or not.
Do you still have access to your old device? You can check the date there. Also, if you have Premium you can use the Cloud Sync backup and restore features to transfer your data.
