Hey guys i pray everyone is doing well my names Raul ive had this app since i got outta rehab but never joined the community til now my sober date is 05/08/2019 so in a few days i will have 6 years clean woo 
my doc was pretty much anything i used to call myself a social drug user 
but my main doc’s were meth and IV heroin my motivation for getting clean was my daughter i almost lost her and made a decision she was worth more than my drug use so i broke went to rehab and it was the best thing that ever happened to me my daughter lives with me now im going to have 6 yrs clean in a few days and i got my class B cdl and was driving the city bus and yesterday i just passed my class A driving test and ill be driving a semi soon too and i just wanted to say hello to the community and let any new comers know there is hope and that this decision to get clean and stay clean is worth it oh and you might lose some friends along the way its ok you dont need anyone around thatll jeopardize your recovery if they encourage you to use instead of your recovery theyre not really your friends to begin with God bless you all and one day at time

@Cruzrv95 Thanks for sharing your story man, I’m sure it will inspire someone who is just newly clean/sober that we can recover and there is a solution and we don’t have to die as prisoners, addicts, or alcoholics.
I’m working on 7 years off alcohol mj and narcotics
