Today is my first day. This has been a decade plus couple years struggle with all opiates. Luckily to be alive. I am hoping something is different this time and it sticks and I know having support like this community will help. Thank you guys

Welcome! This is my first day here as well. 4 days sober after latest relaps… Feeling motivated, but scared this won’t last long…

Welcome to the community and day 1.
I know tgis fear all too well. Hang tough. I had to plan out my plan of attack witg this disease. Remind myself to be kind to myself and work on the addiction one day at a time. Surround myself with support and keep away from triggers. I realize its impossible to stay away fro. All triggers and life itself can be triggering so having a good support system in place helps face life head on.
