Well welcome for starts, hopefully you reach out to someone or do something before picking up again that is whether you want to be sober or are figuring out what being sober means to you, none the less welcome and stay in the solution rather than participate or continue the unwanted behavior, plenty of shared knowledge and experiences of others here
