Nicotine withdrawal

Hi y’all!
In a couple hours I’m hitting 2 days of not smoking and I’m so happy for it but so anxious in the same time. Anyone here trying to quit smoking? How do you cope with the moments when your body urges you to just go buy all cigarettes you find and smoke them? :))) Luckily such moments don’t last but man, when they come! All the best to all of you on this app

I’m 25 days nicotine free. You have 2 options - you can either go cold turkey or you can use nicotine replacement. What I found best to kick the ciggys was to use the juul/vape pens that take the nicotine salts. Very cost effective and deliver enough nictonine to mean you will never crave nicotine. I used them to kick the ciggys for 5 months and then I went cold turkey off the vape. Its easier to go cold turkey off the vape because you aren’t weening off all the other toxins and chemicals found in ciggys. I also read Alan carrs the easy way to quit smoking.
