I’m pleased to say I’ve survived a night out in London. Arrived at 11am with wife. Had a great day, seen Take That, not my usual music, but you know, the wife……
No booze…..it’s 12.20am.sat in bed with a cuppa……yummy.

Hope you enjoyed our very hot city 
I did. I live in the south east anyway so used to the heat but don’t visit London often. I’m from the North East originally, moved here after graduating for employment.
Still going okay though….5 weeks no booze and feeling good. I do have my stressful days but i get to bed tired, sober and sleepy!
