It was almost worth it.
Out to dinner. Duh. Of course we were. But a really nice place in Dallas. Thought I’d go for it. You can see it on the foodies thread. Don’t want to trigger anyone. Anyway. I didn’t really enjoy it that much. At least I didn’t eat it all. Usually I would have eaten it all. So that’s a good thing. And we aren’t traveling again until November so I’ll get back on the counter tomorrow.

I had a coke last night 
Almost back through the first day. It was actually really good. I haven’t had one in months. I’m not mad and almost didn’t reset but if I allow for a coke every few months without a reset the next thing would be desserts.

My stepdad had some tempting cream cheese brownies the other night but I was determined to hit that triple digit! Snacked on some dates, had a mug of hot tea, and got through to today.

Never say never lol honestly it helps that it’s usually presented in the evenings after dinner when I’m already stuffed, or it’s generic grocery store treats with my stepdad that don’t actually sound good when I stop and think about it. My mum had a bite and exclaimed that it was too sweet so then there was the sensory part of imagining that terrible feeling in your teeth when something is too sweet. It’s gradually getting a little bit easier to say no.
