I finally got my room cleaned after more than a year of it being an absolute trash can! I haven’t felt motivated enough to do it in soo long. Its finally clean of the hundreds of empty shot bottles that my depression collected. I feel so much better now. Life is starting to feel normal again

That’s a big deal! I remember cleaning my refrigerator for the first time since moving into my house when I got sober two years ago. It’s amazing how much drinking takes from us and our ability to do much of anything.
