IMHO it’s impossible to do it alone. That’s why I’m here. The opposite of addiction is connection. And the more the stronger we are. Glad you’re here Jessey thank you.

Trust me when I say I get it. I’m on day one and my birthday is in a few days and that’s a huge trigger for me. But I’m on here with you to try and make it through. You’ve got this! Don’t be shy to get on her and connect with people, I’ve only been here for a day but it seems like a really great community.
