Oh no…do drink lots of water along side the coffee to stay hydrated. Hope you get to rest soon enough :wink:
I’ve recently started doing a facial ice plunge…dunk your face in bowl of ice water (aim for 8 sec) at a time. It doesn’t relieve the exhaustion completely but does do wonders …if you cant do this - splash cold water on your face throughout the day.

I thought so too but it was a challenge for 1 week and after reading all the health benefits i have decided to stick with it…sorta kinda enjoying it now …:rofl:
