Maybe a different approach .the old one dosnt seem to work ,and if you knew it was going to happen maybe have a good defence program in place wish you well

Change your mindset to a positive outcome. If we tell ourselves we can’t do something, then we’re not going to achieve whatever it is we’re trying to do. This time around, make yourself a plan and take action. Ask for help. Doing this alone rarely ever works. You’ll notice those with long term sobriety on this forum are here daily. That’s no coincidence.

I’m only on day 9 and I know the feeling. Something that’s helped me a lot is having someone who honestly wants to see me better with me to stop me at my weak moments. Understandable not everyone has one of those but if u do then ask for help!
