And then …
So today was a real blast, it all started out pretty well and I went to see the river that runs through the town of Podgorica, it was a real nice place to see.
Only when I went uphill from the river I came on private property and I did not have my passport with me.
So there were five undercover agents and they thought with my tattoos and my arm in cast and my belly in which I was shot, that I was a hired assassin, or there to kill somebody or smuggle weapons explosives or drugs. I end it up visiting four police stations, they asked me to do a polygraph and then they came with me with six undercover agents to check the apartments for weapons drugs and I don’t know what.
The first Agents lied that I try to run away, called me a military killer and I was taken in for questioning and then they took me to another station and I paid the fine for not having a passport and they let me go.
If not when I walked out the door another undercover car came crossing around the corner in a hurry to take me back in.
I had to tell them my whole Life Story and in the end the last five officers where really Nice. I answered every question honestly and they went with me to check the apartments and then they said we wish you a good vacation. It was suspicious for them because there are not many tourists in this city they said. ( And the first agents lied about that I was running )
They looked through my phone over and over and over and over and over again, and only the officers at the last police station that was the ( I think ) the unit that goes over organized crime weapons and drugs we’re good people. They had a good laugh at the end when they discovered that I was a poet, play the clarinet, write songs and really was a tourist.
So getting arrested in a Montenegro , bucket list check. Being accused of being an assassin, check. Being in a scary dark special unit van … check.
Apartment swipe for all kinds of things, check.
But I kept faith and prayed to God that everything would be okay…
In the end it was…
My vacation budget is down to 15 EU because I got ripped on all sides but hey I’m free and I’m not a terrorist
Just another day in my life, not all those who wander are lost… Today I felt a bit lost.
I wonder why?
They offered me a cigarette at the last police station and I did take it but I’m not going to reset my cigarette counting, I think that’s only fair after today.

Got like 30 euro left pffff , 40€ fine and 600 , but he , I am sober and alive

It was in the aftermath a real “joostie” thing to happen and fortunately the last group of agents were fair and cool
I saved up a year for this and got screwed due not carrieing passport and after that … Pffff what an adventure @Girlinterrupted … Maybe you jinxed me ze:joy:

Uhuh… I took a picture of it before I got out but the first 3 police squads were to corrupt and I am just glad that I am here eating now eating for 8€
I guess sometimes when you wander you do get lost, but I prayed to God all day and after the terrorist unit cleared me , it was all good.
They had a good chuckle when they really saw who I was… And I was fairly honest about my past and accepted the polygraph and signed for a warrant to search the appartment…
