Day 24, check check!

Here is a full sonnet from Will. So many of his sonnets urge the young person to have children in order to preserve beauty and the line of life. This one is of that ilk, just a little bit.

When I do count the clock that tells the time

Day 25 done! 30 mins on the elliptical. So happy to give my arms a break today!!!

Day 25 :white_check_mark: , 40 minutes on the trainer bike (30 minutes working, 5 warm up 5 cool down) - that was a good sweat sesh!

I was just thinking of a challenge we did many years ago, Tabata… It proposes 8 rounds, 20 sec work, 10 sec rest. I remember this was hard but easily adaptable. Idk.
I’ll drop it here.

I can’t do all that fast jumping any longer, it’s too hard on my knees. And I have a hate/hate relationship with burpees, always have, always will.
