Day 28 completed. I am not adhering strictly to the number and type of exercises on days like today when I hit the gym for a chest/arms or back/biceps day. Today I dropped weight on some things and increased the reps, just for an experiment. I think I can keep the reps and pretty quickly put the weights back on. I have a complaining shoulder that I am being careful not to injure (already had issues on both shoulders at various times, it is definitely NOT fun).
Day 29, 3 sets
1x25 sit-up
1x25 push-up
1x25 tricep dip
1x25 kettlebell squat
1x60 second plank
And here’s a photo of our 5k walk to an old mill site in town. There was a sawmill, and eventually a gristmill and a store, for over 150 years, powered by the natural falls eventually enhanced with a small dam.
