November 2025 fitness challenge

Day 28 completed. I am not adhering strictly to the number and type of exercises on days like today when I hit the gym for a chest/arms or back/biceps day. Today I dropped weight on some things and increased the reps, just for an experiment. I think I can keep the reps and pretty quickly put the weights back on. I have a complaining shoulder that I am being careful not to injure (already had issues on both shoulders at various times, it is definitely NOT fun).

Feeling far behind but still have a day to catch up LOL

Day 22 :white_check_mark: 4 sets of 10

Day 23 :white_check_mark: 2 sets of 25

Day 24 :white_check_mark: 2 sets of 25 and split plank between 40 and 35 sec

Day 25 :white_check_mark: 2.5 mile walk on walk pad (done on Thursday)

Day 29, 3 sets
1x25 sit-up
1x25 push-up
1x25 tricep dip
1x25 kettlebell squat
1x60 second plank

And here’s a photo of our 5k walk to an old mill site in town. There was a sawmill, and eventually a gristmill and a store, for over 150 years, powered by the natural falls eventually enhanced with a small dam.

Thanks ..I am whooped…didn’t feel well enough to do much but didn’t want to lay all day…slowly I did manage to catch up.

Day 28 :white_check_mark: 30 min slow walk pad walk

Day 29 :white_check_mark: 2 x1 min planks, 5 sets of 15
