8 days and 2 hours! I’m already up, showered, coffeed, furbabies fed and happy and it’s only 8 am 
It’s also my first week for the first time after 2 tries, look at that.

Way to get after it! Keep doing it until it becomes your normal ritual. You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel knowing you’ve accomplished so much while most are still rubbing the sleep out of their eyes. I get up at 4am M-F, and “sleep in” till 5am on the weekends. I’ve got everything warmed up and firing on all cylinders when I leave to face the world.

I think my furr babies enjoy me more when I’m sober. They’ve been all over me more. Or maybe I’m just aware of it. 
I’ll take it either way.
