Hi all so… Feel bad as I had 2 drinks didn’t do well in the situation but did say no to anymore and went to bed, so feeling strong still as I could of stuck it out and didn’t, but still worries me, I have looked into meetings but trying to fit them in to my hectic life proves a little difficult, hope every one is good much love to you all means alot xx

For sure, your doing great Laura dont give up because of a minor slip, i had alot of slips before i quit for this amount of time, i know u can do this girl :heart:

There are tons and tons of online AA meetings. Morning, lunchtime, night, late night. 24 hours if you want to. They help me a lot to keep going through the day. Take it minute by minute. Hour by hour. Don’t give up

Good morning all, no I’m not giving in, it’s always around the 3rd week, gets me as you feel so good then I slip :thinking:sober day today though and more to come, hope every one is good x

Yes!!! Sounds good. Sober is really the best thing. Tonight I’m 12 days sober. Beating the cravings every night. The duration of them get shorter however which is so good. I just hate them so much and hope they leave one day… They make me so vulnerable and so anxious

That’s brilliant 12 days, yes they are horrible arnt they, I’ve felt quite vulnerable but held in there, another day and night done we got this :+1::muscle::blush:
