Ok my clean date was 6/4/17 starting all over at day 1. I’m a crack cocaine addict. I’ve used for 20 + years. I was going through things that needed to be thrown away and well I relapsed it was quite done I had actually forgotten about it till I was getting rid of things. I just couldn’t seem to help myself. I’m so sad right now cuz I’m stronger than that!

Keep going … it’s demoralising for sure as I know too . Back on day 2 today but feels so great being clean and able to be a support to a fellow human who is struggling big time. Let’s fight these demons !!
