So after resetting many times, today is my one week. But something feels different this time: I have no desire to drink. And there have been plenty of things that would normally trigger me.
I think a big reason is that I set up this app as a widget on my phone with the caption

Thank you norcalpa there are definitely meetings here to be had here. Iโve built a new social circle of non-drinkers and Iโm feeling strong in this moment
