Hi Tinkerbell, fellow traveler here, I’m sorry we take it so real. Treat it like a dream!!
Taoism says the three jewels are compassion, humility and frugality. We don’t need to be first.
We have a fellowship forged in the fires of hell.
You are not alone! Think of the promises of AA and know better days are ahead.

Treat the emotion as objective witness from a distance and see it as seperate from you- your mind is a still forest pool with many wild beasts coming to drink but your mind is naturally peaceful. We do not demand

Journaling is great. Are you able to see a therapist or contact 24 hour help line (not sure whats available in your area).

Calm.
Anxiety is almost not existing any more. I sleep better, I’m not having my cellphone in my hands all the time as I used to.
For me social media abuse seems to be strongly connected to anxiety. The more social media, the higher my stress.
