It is truly odaat – some days seem to be harder than others and i know that my body is healing and this takes time and that it is a different time line for everyone but at times i feel disheartened (like i did today) but i have to keep reminding myself that the path i’m on will only lead to a healthier lifestyle and good health will come for me too… I am feeling much better now and trying to enjoy this beautiful Sunday .
Have you ever made a relapse prevention plan? It’s just some things that you would do if you ever felt like you were in danger of relapsing. You could reach out to certain people. You could even write yourself a letter. This would be a special letter that you would read to yourself if you ever wanted to relapse. A relapse prevention plan can save your life, a heart, a lot of tears, etc. You can buy a pretty folder & put a paper in it that lists all the things you should do before you relapse. You can also put the letter you wrote to yourself in it. Whenever you get scared, just reach for your folder.
