just been a hard day emotionally dealing with some family stuff and i spent so much time crying that i started to stifle the emotions so i could complete work - did such a great job that now i’m just blah and not feeling any emotions … just happy that i didn’t turn to any of my DOC’s.

That’s great :slightly_smiling_face: it’s bc of this we manage to deal with all the other stuff. New day tomorrow. Well done :+1:
I’ve been watching your journey from afar, proud of you.

Super sober Sunday fantastic-ness!:upside_down_face:

I have had no sleep at all last night, so I’m possibly going a bit crazy, but I’m riding that wave and going on a family walk! :national_park:

I’ll nap later

Love to you all sober lovelies :rose:

Family . Although family are only two. Hubby and step daughter. I have 2 weeks sober. Hubby has 2 weeks “aren’t you cured and ready to get back to chores etc?…”. Plus FRUSTRATED is 10 letters no emoji needed. Haha

That can be very frustrating for sure - im so sorry love.
Healing and recovery occur at different stages for everyone- many factors to consider. I do know that 2 weeks is still early stages for anyone to be back to “normal”

Love this particular answer

Shitty. Relapsed last night. Hung over today. I saw the writing on the wall. I missed my meeting 2 weeks in a row. Thought it would ok to have one beer. Should have known better. Its never just one. I know i am powerless over alcohol but thought i could control it. Anyway, lesson learned and back to day 1 and back to my meeting this week too.
