After 3 months recovering from a heel injury (Achilles tendon) that put me out of commission for running, guess what I did to celebrate this milestone? A very, very happy 5k around the neighborhood :heart::running_woman:t2: Oh happy day!

We got your back, friend! That business travel is no joke. Thank goodness we have the technology to stay connected with others. And my experience in year 2 was continued spiritual growth and lots of fun times. Recovery is progressive!
