Only 3 days no booze, but I was hitting it quite hard for a while. Finally starting to feel more positive thoughts come my way. Hoping my health recovers and that I can find enjoyment in activities without needing to numb myself.

I like your math name. It makes me think that has special resonance with you. Meaning you care about something. Part of my journey has been about finding things I am passionate about with life.
It’ll get easier. 3 days will turn into 3 weeks. And so on. Until you forget to count.

I do have a lot of hobbies I enjoy. I think I need to focus on doing them with others instead of my old girlfriend booze. I think I’ve been doing it mostly to stave off the loneliness. Thanks for the kind words.
