So i have a few years clean from drugs and alcohol.
After recent events i have discovered that I’m also a sex addict. I have been struggling to keep myself in check and find it difficult to have guidance in this department in my opinion would be a grey area for most people.
I’m finding a new therapist so I can get down to the root of this because it is becoming a problem.
Any other advice would be appreciated

Recovering sex addict. Struggled for 30 plus years. Porn, masturbation, affairs, etc, etc. On this particular discovery I was finally able to face the truth I was an addict, instead of just someone with minor lustful thoughts.
I was able to find a CSAT counselor and a Christian based 12 step sex addiction group. Been working through for the part 17 months and I’m so glad I am finally facing it one day at a time.
Is hard work but having a desire to get clean is the beginning. Good luck
