I am on day 30 of sobriety.
I am peeing way more then when i was drinking. Is this normal?

Are you drinking a lot more water?
Could well be an infection, if you can I’d get it checked out make sure its not a UTI/Kidney infection.

Wait till you get to my age three times a night i drink a lot of peppermint tea lol . maybe as suggested get a check up to be safe wish you well

If you were retaining water before, then peeing more often could be a sign of healing, but it’s best to get seen by a doctor to set your mind at ease.
