i woke up this morning fine then read about sin in my bible which resulted in me singing innappropriate church songs in my head
The songs were mean but a bit clever i guess
I guess i was just geekin on coffee
I feel better

I usually just acknowledge them. They dont bother me much but if they find their way out through my mouth I decide what form they take. Not sure this is exactly what you speak of 
but if it is, I can borrow the energy for aslong as they are ok with me not singing profanitys. I make happy songs and they are usually fine with that
